Navify is a Shopify app that lets you manage places (stores, resellers and points of sale) and show them in your store through theme blocks. It is provided by the Navefy team (“we”).
Plans and prices are listed on the Pricing page and in the app’s Shopify App Store listing. Charges are made by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, in US dollars. Free trials last the number of days shown when you choose the plan. You can change plans or cancel at any time from your Shopify admin; Shopify’s billing rules apply to refunds and prorating.
You are responsible for the places, texts, images and links you add, and for having the right to publish them. You keep ownership of your content. You grant us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you.
Don’t use Navify to publish unlawful content, to mislead customers about where products are sold, or to interfere with the app or with other stores using it.
We work to keep the app and its maps available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Maps depend on third-party map data and servers.
We may change these terms or the app’s features. We will update this page and the date at the top. You can stop using Navify at any time by uninstalling it. After uninstalling, your data is erased as described in the Privacy policy.
Navify is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales, arising from the use of the app.
